HUBservice, provides 4-hour response for service calls placed between the hours of 8:30-5 M-F. Onsite service for hardware related calls covers parts and labor. Extended hours of coverage are available 7x24, 5x13 and 6x13.

HUBstandard, provides best effort (usually NBD) response between the hours of 8:30-5
M-F. Onsite service for hardware related calls covers parts and labor.

HUBassurance, provides NBD response without the commitment of a monthly service charge. A retainer is deposited with HUB based on a needs assessment of onsite service requests. Customers pay only for the service they use.

HUBt&m, provides for per-call service at an hourly rate, on an as needed basis.

HUBrecovery, Disaster Recovery. Provides 4-hour response in the event of an unexpected service outage due to wind, storm, earthquake or similar disasters that renders the equipment inoperable. HUB will respond in 4 hours and provide a continuous effort to resolve the outage related to the equipment under a HUBservice agreement. HUB will roll in equipment as necessary to restore functionality first and work with your company’s insurer to recover the damages.
