Exhibitor Registration Attendee Registration Education Workshops

STAR is celebrating its 10^th year. Consider this year's STAR Exposition as an event to remember. Reserve your booth and know that joint marketing efforts make each booth location a key location. Attendees will participate in many exciting education workshops offered throughout the day while being attracted to each exhibitor through pre-event marketing.

Exhibiting at STAR is an opportunity to meet 2,000 attendees, and identify decision makers and other end users all in one great day. Be part of the STAR Program Book through advertising, sponsorship or partnership and have your marketing efforts continue beyond STAR.

Our online booth registration process for Returning STAR Exhibitors allows you to enter the STAR Website using your existing STAR user name and password and select a booth to quickly register. An existing profile may also be edited at the same time. If you are a First Time Exhibitors you will need to first establish a user name, password and profile and then register for you booth(s).

STAR Bingo Booths will again be part of STAR with exhibitors identified on a special STAR Bingo Card, which is guaranteed to increase Attendee floor traffic throughout the day. Attendees will pick up their Bingo Card at registration, visit a Bingo Booth, secure a colored sticker and by dropping the Bingo Card into the marked bin at the stage will have a chance to participate in prize drawings at the end of the day.

Booth Fee: $995

Please read the STAR Registration Policy and remember the payment deadline is March 1, 2008.

Payment: After registration payment may be made by either check or credit card.

Check Payments: Made payable to: Commonwealth of Massachusetts STAR and mailed to: STAR, Operational Services Division Room 1017, One Ashburton Place, Boston MA 02108.
Credit Card Payments: Handled online with your registration or call the STAR Credit Card Message Center at 617-720-3367 and leave a message.

As an Attendee participating in STAR there is always an excellent selection of career development and exciting Education Workshops to select from with opportunities to visit 300 exhibitors who are statewide contractors. The commodities and services offered by these contractors are available to all Commonwealth departments and eligible entities. And remember STAR is free to attendees!

We hope that you like our online registration process. Your address information will also be used for follow up emails and “snail mail” so please be sure your information is correct. Please be sure to encourage your colleagues to register for the largest Commonwealth event of the year. Parking at STAR is free but keep in mind that public transportation is also convenient. From the MBTA JFK station on the Red Line a shuttle bus will be available to the Bayside Exposition Center.
